Serene Heart emerged as a bold artistic endeavor between myself and Ido Ramon, designed to transform a space weighed down by a dark history into a beacon of renewal and resilience. The project centered around a monumental 4x4 meter living, breathing heart sculpture, crafted from iron and wood. This dynamic installation came alive with sequences of light, smoke, and reflection, weaving together a narrative of life and transformation. Situated in downtown Tel Aviv, the location carried the haunting legacy of one of the city’s largest brothels. The sculpture stood as a poignant symbol of healing, reclaiming a site once associated with despair and exploitation.
